ZXR 400 L8 | Well looked after | MOT 07-2017 | BEET Exhaust System in Waterlooville, Hampshire for sale

I'm selling my 2001 ZXR 400, not an import. Full of custom parts as you can see in the pictures, Beet exhaust system with a custom made A16 end can (I do have the original BEET can if you want it bit it is a bit damaged), the best sounding ZXR 400 I have ever heard and really loud. Puts other bikes to shame and draws a crowd. Braided lines with custom front calipers as seen in the picture. LED indicators all round with rear resistors and a new indicator relay. Custom rear suspension with a custom shock absorber as seen in the pictures. Black frame with blue tinted headlights, double bubble screen with shorty levers and custom set of racing foot pegs and gear shifter. Definitely a unique looking bike and a real head turner! First person to view will want it, so no time wasters. If you want to see how it rides, bring a helmet to the viewing and we can take a ride on it so you can hear it and see how she rides. I will keep the engine cold so you can see how she starts from cold and how long she takes to warm up. General wear and tear to the body work and the tank has major damage on the top around the fuel cap where the previous owner left it in a puddle of fuel. I was quoted around £200 to get the whole tank resprayed but never had the time to do it, hence the tank cover. I have the V5 in my name ready to sign. You will also receive the tank cover(as seen in the pictures), 2 keys and a 3.5mm microphone jack compatible with a go pro hero which is already fitted to the bike, from the tank to the exhaust for all you vloggers out there that want to make video's with a good sounding bike. Recently had new tires, chain + sprockets, new front pads, new clutch traction plates along with a new clutch cable as well as new open and close throttle cables and a full service. Recently passed her MOT with no advisories. Has a slight rattle where the clutch basket has become a little worn and you can hear the plates rattle faintly in neutral at idle. Tax is around £40. I have A2 carb restrictors (47bhp) if you need them but the price will go up by £40 and they will still need fitting. After purchase if you need me to deliver the bike anywhere, I can.
